Top 3 Reasons You Need A Trust

Make a Decision to Protect Your Loved Ones

Do You Have a "Revocable Living Trust"?

It can help you protect your assets that you have worked so hard for. Avoid long delays and the costly expense of probate proceedings that jeopardize your family's inheritance. With having only a will, they must get an approval from the probate court to sell or properly inherit your home or other belongings.

Please feel free to call if you have any questions that will help you to make a good decision for your future. IT IS IMPORTANT...

1

A trust is a written document which allows for you to transfer your property and or assets to your family, heirs and loved ones. During your lifetime you stay in control and can easily amend your Trust, to add, eliminate or make changes when you feel it is necessary. You can leave instructions in your Trust in the event of your death. You can also name a successor Trustee to take care of your finances and wellbeing if you become incapacitated.

2

If you have a Trust, the Courts will not have to get involved with your Estate and will most likely NOT have to go through probate. Probate can be a very expensive process for your heirs and the Court will decide who receives your property and assets. Your Estate may have to pay thousands of dollars in probate fees, costs and attorney fees. A Trust can be prepared in a short time, however, Probates can take from one year to approximately 18 months for completion.

3

Your Family will be thankful. I have seen families torn apart and the worst sides of them come to the forefront. Sometimes people do things that you would have never, ever imagined them doing. Having a TRUST can reduce potential Family strife and they can remain a united and loving family, as you have intended, not ending up in the Attorney's Office initializing lawsuits against one another. Not only are they trying to grieve, they also must figure out what to do with your estate with no instructions having been prepared.
